Marvin Urroz is a Behavioral Health Clinician in the San Francisco Bay Area. In his free time, Marvin is a huge fantasy football enthusiast who is the Commissioner of the Bay Area Independent League (BAIL), a league that has been in place for several decades. Marvin also runs and plays in dozens of bestball leagues and a few dynasty leagues.
